Come learn how to edit genomes, use enzymes, and unlock the very secrets of life. Lately there has been a lot of skepticism about vaccines, peer reviewed studies, and science in general. This is especially true in the field of biology. We are dedicated to teaching the public about what actually goes down in microbiology labs. The general public doesn't see everything that goes into laboratory endeavors to create the awesome scientific knowledge that we use today. But what if they could?

We believe that biotechnology isn't something to be feared, and we want to show everyone how it is actually done, on the bench scale level, so that we can help them understand where we get our knowledge. We use enzymes, proteins, and nucleic acids everyday behind the scenes. It is almost startling how much we depend on them. From the vaccines and cheese we create to the assays we diagnose patients with, we do it all.
